Touchdowns Touchback Promise
The Touchdown Touchback Promise is how we give back, simply and honestly.
We take 35% of the NET proceeds from our non-staffing revenue from our existing business and reinvest it to support communities & organizations with special needs or sensory rooms. This is not extra. This is not optional. It is part of who we are.
Our goal is to ensure that good efforts in our communities do not fall behind simply because resources are limited or times are tough. When we step into a community event or give-back effort, we do not just show up—we also offer volunteer opportunities, because hands matter just as much as money.
Here is our guarantee:
The Touchdown Touchback Promise will never ask our partners for money. Not now. Not later.
We believe giving should never feel like pressure. Our efforts are simple. We want to pay it forward by working alongside community members and local businesses to help build a stronger, healthier economic community for everyone.
And our work does not stop there.
We also partner nationally with local education programs and handicapable initiatives. We work to bridge gaps, open doors, and create access—so no one is left behind because of circumstance, ability, or a rough start.
We believe second chances matter. We believe resets are necessary. And we believe everyone deserves a safer place to start again.
That belief is the Touchback Promise.

Our organization was grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with local transition advocates “THRIVE” who work tirelessly to support individuals experiencing homelessness;
“THRIVE” New Albany, a community organization dedicated to meeting the needs of individuals throughout our region of Southern IN. These partnerships were built through shared values, mutual respect, and a common goal of strengthening the communities we all call home.
As conversations grew into collaboration, we identified a meaningful way to provide immediate and practical support during the colder months. With winter quickly approaching, access to warm, clean clothing becomes essential for personal health, dignity, and comfort. We were honored to assist by supplying new socks and underwear to be distributed by our partners directly to those they serve. This effort allowed us to contribute in a tangible way while trusting the expertise of organizations already deeply embedded in the community.
The experience was both humbling and rewarding, reminding us that even simple necessities can have a significant impact when delivered with care and compassion. Together with our partners, we were proud to play a small role in helping our community prepare for the winter season ahead.

Through ongoing outreach and relationship building w/ “Community Kitchen of Jeffersonville”, we were fortunate to connect & serve some of the most vulnerable members of our community. Helping “Community Kitchen of Jeffersonville” focus on ensuring families have access to regular meals. This opened the door to a meaningful collaboration rooted in trust and shared purpose.
As the colder season approached, our partners highlighted an urgent need for basic clothing essentials that are often overlooked but critically important during winter months.
In response, we were proud to help supply new socks and underwear. While modest in appearance, these items provide warmth, hygiene, and a sense of dignity to those facing hardship. Working alongside “Community Kitchen of Jeffersonville” already on the front lines allowed us to ensure the supplies reached individuals and families who needed them most. The experience reinforced our belief that strong communities are built through cooperation and compassion. Supporting this initiative brought us closer to our purpose & reminded us that collective efforts—no matter the size. We can create real change.

Supporting Blanket Collection for Local Police
Other community efforts, we were proud to support a neighboring organization “Kaiser Home HeathHome Support Services” that organized a blanket collection for our local police force.
This initiative focused on providing comfort to families and individuals experiencing distress during emergency situations. Law enforcement officers are often the first to arrive at scenes involving crisis, displacement, or trauma, and having blankets readily available allows them to offer immediate warmth and reassurance.
We recognized the value of this effort and were honored to contribute in support of both the organization and the officers serving our community. Blankets may seem simple, but in moments of uncertainty they provide a sense of safety, care, and compassion. Supporting this initiative reinforced our appreciation for partnerships that bridge community organizations and public service professionals. It was meaningful to know our involvement helped equip officers with resources that extend beyond enforcement and into humanitarian support. This collaboration underscored the importance of working together to ensure families in distress receive comfort when they need it most.

In the fall & winter months of 2025, we had the great opportunity to connect with several local organizations serving some of the most vulnerable members of our community. This included the “Homeless Coalition of Southern Indiana” and its partners in homeless outreach, advocates Matthew Fleenor, minister for the Nomad Church Collective, whose efforts focus on providing stability, support, and essential resources to individuals and families in need.
These connections made it possible for our shared purposes to come together. As the colder season approached, our partners identified a growing need for basic hygiene and clothing essentials that are often overlooked yet critically important in winter.
In response, we were proud to support community distributions by collecting and supplying new socks and underwear. While simple, these items contribute to warmth, cleanliness, and personal dignity during challenging times.
Working alongside organizations already serving on the front lines allowed us to ensure these essentials reached those who needed them most. This experience reinforced our belief that strong communities are built through cooperation and compassion. Supporting this initiative was deeply rewarding and served as a reminder that even small, thoughtful efforts can have a meaningful impact as winter approaches.

Through shared goals and similar community partners, we had the opportunity to support “Catalyst Rescue Mission”. While they operate on the front lines of our sensitive communities, we support their efforts to care for people and families without safe places to live. “Catalyst Rescue Mission” works every day to bring help, hope, and kindness to people in need. As the weather cooled, the rescue teams observed that many people needed warm clothing and clean items. Items like socks and underwear are often an afterthought in donation drives. We quickly learned how these small but very important items are essential for unhoused, sensitive communities enduring cold weather. “Catalyst Rescue Mission” helps people stay warm, clean, and healthy. To help, we collected new socks and underwear to donate to “Catalyst Rescue Mission,” which distributed them to those who needed them most. These simple items helped people feel more comfortable and cared for during a hard time. By working with the “Catalyst Rescue Mission”, we ensured the donations reached the right people. This experience showed us that helping others, even in small ways, can make a big difference and that is what we mean when we make our touchback promise.
